Welcome to the Rocky Hill Historical Society Web site. Here you can explore the history of the town of Rocky Hill, Connecticut and learn about the Society which seeks to preserve its history.

The Society is located at the Academy Hall building on Old Main Street in Rocky Hill. The museum is open year round on Tuesdays, 10 a.m. to Noon, and by appointment. During the months of May through to October, it is also open on Saturdays from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and in the evening of the fourth Thursdays of June, July, August, and September, 7 - 9 p.m.

In addition to housing important historical documents, exhibits, and artifacts, the Society also offers Rocky Hill memorabilia such as holiday ornaments, postcards, and clothing for sale. Various documents about Rocky Hill are available as well. More information on Rocky Hill memorabilia can be found on the About Us page.

Becoming a member of the Rocky Hill Historical Society helps to support its efforts to maintain the archives, the Academy Hall building and interesting events that are sponsored throughout the year.
